At a very early age, I discovered what a miraculous thing a ballpoint pen could be.

Armed with this implement, a vivid imagination and an unhealthy diet of Warner Brothers, Disney, Walter Lantz and Hanna-Barbera, I spent much of my early education years drawing cartoon characters like these.
